What was the US Beta Program?
The US Beta Program allowed customers in the United States to purchase Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, and CMF Phone 2 Pro devices for testing and feedback purposes. The program was designed to help gather user insights and evaluate the user experience in the US market.

How were devices purchased through the Beta Program?

What were the device prices?During the Beta Program, devices were offered at the following prices:
- Phone (3a): $379 (Black or White, 12GB RAM / 256GB storage)
- Phone (3a) Pro: $459 (Black or Grey, 12GB RAM / 256GB storage)
- CMF Phone 2 Pro: $279 (Black, White, or Orange, 8GB RAM / 256GB storage)

How were devices shipped?
Pre-order devices were shipped on the first day of open sales, while standard orders were typically shipped the following business day. Delivery generally took 5–7 days, and customers received shipping notifications once their order was dispatched.

Where can I submit feedback or share my development experiences?
Participants were encouraged to share feedback and discuss their experiences through the Nothing Community during the Beta Program. While the program has concluded, community resources may still be available for existing users.

Which states were supported?
The US Beta Program was available across all 50 US states.

Was the Beta Program available in Canada?
No. The program was limited to customers located in the United States and was not extended to Canada.

Were Beta Program devices different from retail devices?
No. Devices purchased through the US Beta Program were the same hardware units sold in other global markets.

Which US carriers were supported?
As part of the Beta Program, devices were offered primarily for testing purposes. Because of carrier certification and network compatibility limitations in the United States, full functionality could not be guaranteed across all carriers.

Could the devices be used outside the United States?
Yes. The devices could be used on compatible mobile networks worldwide.

What happens if I receive a damaged Phone?
Customers were instructed to contact Nothing Customer Support to arrange a replacement device.

What is the return policy?
Customers who purchased a device through the US Beta Program were covered by Nothing's return policy. Devices could be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the applicable return terms and conditions in effect at the time of the request.
Please note that shipping fees may apply for returns, and self-mailing options may not be available depending on the return process in place.

The Nothing Phone (3a) series and CMF Phone 2 Pro comply with FCC regulations. However, carrier compatibility may vary, and Nothing did not guarantee full compatibility with all US carriers during the US Beta Program.
Customers were advised to verify compatibility with their carrier before purchasing. Due to differences in carrier-supported frequency bands, some users may have experienced connectivity limitations, including reduced signal coverage, lower call quality, or incompatibility with certain carrier services such as VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G.
As part of the US Beta Program, devices were offered for testing and feedback purposes, and participants acknowledged that certain features or carrier functionality might be limited depending on their network provider.
