• What is the US Beta Program?

  Nothing Phone (3a), Nothing Phone (3a) Pro, Nothing Phone (2a), Nothing Phone (2a) Plus and CMF Phone 1 are available for purchase in the US through Nothing’s Beta Program. The US Beta Program allows US customers to purchase the Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, Phone (2a), Phone (2a) Plus, and CMF Phone 1 for testing and feedback purposes.

• How do I purchase Nothing Phones?

  For the Nothing Phone (3a), follow this link, add the Nothing Phone (3a) to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

  For the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro, follow this link, add the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

• How much do the CMF Phone 1 and Nothing Phone (2a) cost?

  Nothing Phone (3a): $379 (available in black or white, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage)

  Nothing Phone (3a) Pro: $459 (available in black or grey, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage)

  Nothing Phone (2a): $349 (available in black or milk, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage)

  Nothing Phone (2a) Plus: $399 (available in grey, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage)

  CMF Phone 1: $199 (available in black, with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage)

• When will I receive my phone?

  For pre-orders your order will be shipped the day of open sales.

  General orders will be shipped the next day. Typically takes 5-7 days and you’ll receive a notification once your phone is on its way.

• Which countries and regions are supported in the US?

  The Beta Program is available in allUS (50 states)

• Are there any plans to launch a Beta Program in Canada?

  No, not at the moment, the Beta Program is currently only available to the US (50 states)

• Is the Phone a Beta model?

  No, the phone you receive is the same unit sold globally.

• What carrier does US Nothing Phones support?

  Phone (3a) Series coverage:

  ATT:

  • LTE Bands: 2/4/12/17/5/48/66
  • 5G Bands: 2/5/66/77

  TMO:

  LTE Bands:2/4/5/12/41/48/66

  5G Bands: 41/77

  • Verizon：
  • LTE Bands: 2/4/5/48/66
  • 5G Bands: 2/5/66/77

  Phone (2a), Phone (2a) Plus, CMF Phone 1 coverage:

  • AT&T: 5G network is not supported. 4G and 3G are supported. 

                        Additionally VoLTE and VoWifi will not work.

  • LTE Bands: 4/5/66
  • 5G Bands: not supported
  • T-Mobile: T-Mobile: 3G, 4G and 5G are supported, however, not all 5G bands are supported.
  • LTE Bands: 4/5/41/66
  • 5G Bands: N41
  • Verizon: Compatibility with Verizon is very limited. We do not recommend using CMF Phone 1 with Verizon. Verizon 5G and CDMA networks are not supported. 4G is supported. Prior to using your CMF Phone 1, you will need to contact Verizon customer service to add CMF Phone 1 IMEI to their database.

• Can I use my Phone in other countries?

  Yes, the phone can be used with compatible mobile networks worldwide.

• What happens if I receive a damaged Phone?

  Please contact our customer service for further support.

• Can I get a refund and return Phone?

  We have a 14-day return policy. Within 14 days from the day you receive your Phone, the phone can be returned and the membership can be refunded. There’s no after-sales service beyond this period.

  Please note that the shipping fee will be charged for the no-reason return. Self-mailing is not supported.
